Getting a custom template to appear in list of design templates

Uhg. I'm at my wits end it seems. I hope someone can come to my rescue.

I am responsible for figuring out how to make our agency's new,
custom-designed, multiple-master, Flash-file-embedded .pot file show up in
everyone's Design Template palette. The goal is for anyone within the agency
to be able to open PPT and choose our custom template from the template
options on the right (when they choose Slide Design from the palette menu).

The trouble I'm running into is that I've been the one working on this
project and, by trial and error, trying to get it to work, so now an old
version or two of the template shows up in my Slide Designs. What I'd really
love is to get rid of EVERY template that shows up there, except ours. Is
that possible? If not, how do I delete the custom ones that show up now and
get the finalized one in there?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Do you mean the list of "recently used", or the list of templates "available for
use"? For the latter, use the link and determine where your templates are
stored and then add/delete as you wish. Please note that the location may vary
between systems.
