Getting a large CSV. file to open in Access

I receive large records in CSV. format that will not open in Excel do to
size. When I open in Access, some of the phone number records do not show
up. Seems to be random, blanks in that column then a phone number then some
more blanks, etc. no pattern.

Please help if you can.

There's a pattern all right: these things don't happen at random.

Make sure you import the phone numbers into a text field: that may be
all that's needed. Otherwise, open a copy of the CSV file in Notepad or
Wordpad, and look carefully for differences between the phone numbers
that do and do not import, and between the records that contain them.
