Getting a nice layout

Hi,

On 01/08/09 I must visit firmA from 8:30 till 10:00
On 01/08/09 I must visit firmB from 10:30 till 11:30
On 01/09/09 I must visit firmC from 14:00 till 15:00

These data are stored in a table:
name_firm
date_visit
Arival
Exit

I want these data to be shown in a week-view
somethink like:

01/05/09 01/06/09 01/07/09 01/08/09 01/09/09

8:00
8:30 firmA
9:00 firmA
9:30 firmA
10:00
10:30 firmB
11:00 firmB
11:30 firmB
12:00
12:30
13:00
13:30
14:00 firmC
14:30 firmC
15:00
15:30

Can somebody try to explain how I can get this done?

A Flex Grid Control will probably do what you want but you will need
to write a bit of VBA code, have a look at my Flex Grid Demo program
for some examples.
