Getting a single stock quote value into one cell

The functionality of MSN Stock Quote macro on the Windows version of
Excel seems unavailable in the Office X Mac version of Excel.

I see that there are web queries - available through Data, Get External
- that return full tables from MSN Money, but am unable to find a query
/ macro that returns just a simple dollar value for a given stock
ticker symbol to be inserted into a cell.

Can't understand why MS after doing a great job making the Office suite
avilable on the Mac would not provide a simple tool like this as well -
as it has been done for the Windows version.

Any pointers to such a macro / pre-built query would be most
appreciated!

feature referenced here:

The add-in can be downloaded here:

Sadly, the Microsoft web site delivers a file that is a Windows
executable that Stuffit expander can recognize but the result is a file
that is not a valid Excel add-in.

Maybe someone can take it from here and figure out a way to turn
whatever that is into something usable.
