Getting an embedded audio or video file to autoplay when saving as

I am saving my presentations as a Web Page, but when I go to view them they
are not autoplaying the sound and video files that I have embedded. It is
requiring the user to click on them, which is not acceptable. When these are
played in regular presentation format the autoplay works perfect. What is
keeping it from working when saved as a Web Page?
