getting an error when try to upload my website

I had no problems using Front Page 2002 until now.

Since yesterday every time I try to upload my website I
get the following error: 500" command not understood

I contacted my hosting provider to make sure it is not a
problem on their end and is not.

Does anyone knows what this means and what to do to fix
it ?

A 500 error is a server error! Contact your host and have them run a check
on the extensions or restart the server, etc.
