getting an Excell template into Access

We have a template that was developed in Excell and is in
use. I would like to, somehow, import this template into a
new Access database so that we will have the same form but
in a database. This is an ECN (Engineering Change Notice)
form and is used by 50+ people. Any assistance with this
is greatly appreciated.
