Getting an OLE error when embedding MS-Word document in MS-Access

I am running OS Windows XP with Office 2003 and Net Framework 3.0 Service
Pack 1. I am not able to embed Word, Excel, PDF, etc documents. I can
link, copy & paste, and create new. I have search MS and google sites to no
avail. I have tried re-installing Word, Access, Excel; Registering the
server(Start->run, type "regsvr32.exe ole32.dll" ); disabling the anti-virus
software.

Has anyone been able to resolve this problem?
