getting bar format information from Project XML file

XML Structure? XML Schema? I have been searching for a way to get the bar
format from a Project saved to an XML file. The format bar dialog has a Bar
Shape tab and a Bar Text tab. The Bar Shape tab includes a Start, Middle
and End frame, each with a Shape, Type, and Color drop-down listbox. Where
are these definitions mapped in the XML information?
