Getting Calendar window at startup and Eamil window

Today I startup Outlook during startup. I would also like
to have calendar startup as well. I like to have separate
windows for each so I usually have 2 windows, one for
each.

I saw in OUTLOOK 2000 help a where they talked about
the /select option that is available be putting this in
the properties of the shortcut that would be started at
startup. Can this be used to do this? ANy other
suggestions welcome.
