getting cell value to appear as "text to display" when linking worksheets

when i link worksheets
right click, hyperlink, place in this document etc. how do i get the value of the cell that I type in to automatically appear. Do I have to enter this value each time if so is there another function that I can use to make this value appear with a simple lik similar to the one described above
