Getting Colour from HP840C Printer

I just installed a new colour cartridge but I can't get the colour to print.
Computer shop said to do a print test but I can't work out how to do that.
Anyway, I'm not sure what a print test would tell me. Any advice?

Yes, search the support section of the HP website for support information
about your particular printer.

This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product, which
is part of Office. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.
