getting COMException 80004005 in Powerpoint

hi,
i'm getting this COMEXCEPTION 80004005 for Powerpoint,when add new OLE
object(Flash Control) to current slide??
it is a com addin developed in C# with VS2005 Extensibilty project
for Powerpoint 2003/2007.

This is a deployment machine.
Can anyone please help solve this?
May be it is missing some DLLs? or interops ?
deployment machine has got office interop installed and flash player 9
installed too.

problem solved ..
flash/shockwave COM object was creating problem.
just install latest Flash Player updates....and it worked correctly.
the deployment machine had older flash player 9..
so just run C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9e.exe(or
similar exe in that dir) ... It will update Flash components
respectively.
just in case if anyone needs this.
