Getting Domain vs Restricted security error

I've created a few forms on my local machine that access an SQL database. I
published them to a sharepoint form library. Whenever anyone tries to open
them, they get an error message that the form is requesting "Domain" level
security and only has "Restricted" level. So the form won't open.

Any ideas?
