Verified that the account was configured correctly and that the mail server
isn't experiencing any issues?

BTW: this newsgroup is for Microsoft Office Outlook and not for mail clients
in general. Windows Live Mail has its own newsgroup where they can help you
out in case it is a Windows Live Mail specific issue.

What does Windows Live Mail issues have to do with Outlook. This newsgroup is for
Outlook and not for WLM. You already posted to the correct newsgroup and Ron Sommer
MS MVP has answered you correctly.
