Getting error 0x800CCC0F in Outlook when has worked fine before?

Have returned from holiday to the above error on sending email. Email groups
had previously worked fine before. Receiving email okay.
Have tried disabling Norton, checking SMTP box, and removing and
reinstalling email accounts but to no avail.
I have Outlook 2003 and wanadoo broadband. Send email from wanadoo email,
plus through two webmail accounts.
Any suggestions?
