Getting error message when Outlook 2003 opens

Outlook 2003 / Vista Business
For past week, when I open Outlook 2003 I get a message: "Personal Folders
was not closed correctly. Checking for errors"

I have been running Outlook 2003 under Vista Business for over a year and
all updates are current. I have not changed any Outlook settings and shut
Outllook down before shutting Vista. Normally shut Reminders before Outlook.

That's an indication that something is holding Outlook open when you think it
