Getting error messages in the application log for EPM server

We are gettign a lot of error messages in the application log. These error
messages come when a user (Project Manager) tries to save some changes and is
unable to save those changes. We are currently using Project server 2003. Any
help would be highly appreciated.

(a) Need more information!

-Is this a new install and it never worked?
-Or, everyone is working except this one PM?

(b) Narrow down the problem!

Assuming you have a working system,
did you try switching PMs? Such as, have
another PM take the plan and work with it.

Or, have the non-working PM try another PC.

Please re-post with additional data.

The issue is resolved.
The user had added a local resouce to the Project and was trying to save the
data. But as a Project manager she ddnt had rights to create a new local
resource so she had to add the resource to the resource sheet and set the
value to none for workgroup.

The error ending in 17 indicates that someone is using local resources in
their project plan and the resource workgroup value is set to default,
Project Pro is trying to create an account for that user, but you've set
create accounts permission to disable or deny. You need to set the workgroup
field to none for local resources.
