getting garbage instead of envelope text

I've never had this problem before and I've used Word 2007 for a year. All of
a sudden, when I print envelopes I get garbage instead of the text! Instead
of
letters, I'm getting !"# $%&()*+* and symbols like those. What could be the
problem????

I'm sorry to ask, but did you check the font applied to that text? Try
changing it to Times New Roman.
