Getting grammar correction APIs (CGAPI)

Good morning,

We're working on a project and we have the common spelling API's for
microsoft office which we got from microsoft after applying for them.

Is it possible to inform us if it is possible to obtain the grammar
correction API (CGAPI) for microsoft word; where should we submit the
request and how long would it take to get the API documentation and
source files to get to us.
