Getting Grey Tint Background on all Printouts

Anybody know how to be rid of the 5% grey tint on the background of every
printout?

Mac OSX 10.15, 10.2.6 using Office X Service pack 1 through 10.1.5 Upgrade

Do I have the ability to replace the default background color of White. I
think it thinks my "White" is "grey"

What type of printer? B/W or Color and so on?

And what color is the background, actually?
