GETTING HELP

CAN ANYONE HELP A NEW COMER. I AM TRYING TO ACCESS THE
MICROSOFT ONLINE ASSISTED SUPPORT BUT THEY WANT THE PRODUCT
NUMBER. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THE ONE I HAVE AND DO NOT EVEN
LIST MICOSOFT OFFICE V.X FOR MAC.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sorry for the delayed answer--I think this is a common problem and can't
remember if I have seen a solution. Ask your question here, and see if
people can help.

One thing that confuses potential users of on-line support:

You need to choose "Office" as the product all the way through until you
get to the "incident report form" - if you choose, say "Word" or "Excel"
you'll be told that your product is not supported.
