Outlook, Access and Excel are all 2002 versions, I imported data from an
online source into Excel (only way to get it from the internet source),
exported it into Access and then imported it into Outlook. Here is the
problem, it is names and addresses for home owners on a specific street. The
addresses that imported from Excel to Access work fine when sent to Outlook,
the ones where the street number had to be local address and the mailing
address differ is the problem. I tell it to put the new street number in the
home address block and the number won't post, the street name and all does
fine just the number, is it something to do with a setting on those cells, I
noticed that during the entering of the numbers that it tried to
auto-populate the cell with the next logical number. Also I inserted a
column that said yes or no to resident homeowners and when I told the company
name to be the source for the Yes or No it showed up as True or False. I
really don't want to have to rebuild a whole database, HELP. Thanks
