Getting "Interface not registed" dialog when trying to send mail?

I am getting a dialog box stating "Interface not registered" when I try to
send mail through Outlook. I think it has something to do with Word and
Outlook communicating. I recently cleaned up my hard-drive and I think I may
have deleted something I shouldn't have. Any suggestions?

Usually there is a number associated with this error.
One solution would be to
Start, run:

Type
REGSVR32 OLE32.DLL

T

Terry Farrell

Choose Start - Run.
Type in services.msc and press Enter.
This should open the Services control window.
Select DCOM Server Process Launcher and make sure it is running.
