getting knocked offiline. Why. About every 10 seconds

ABOUT every 10 seconds get knocked offline.

I have to select "work off line" and then "work on line" again and wait.

then, in a few seconds, it does it agian. how can i fix this. i only need
to work online at most all times.

How do you expect anyone to give you an answer, without you providing
*any* information at all? At minimum you should give us your Outlook
version, account type, and what kind of connection you have to your mail
server.
