Getting macro to loop till end of doc

If you could provide more details about exaclty what type
of formatting you're trying to do, it would really help;
there may be a better method out there, but trying to
decipher Word's recorded macros can be a challenge.

Thanks

Sure no prob. What I am doing is taking some info from a
web page that has Name, Address, City,State Zip. What I
need to do is get this info into a format in an Excel
spread sheet with with columns Name,Address,City,Sate,Zip.

The web page is formated as such:

Your Name Here

street address here

city,State Zip here

Yes carriage returns between each line. What I have been
doing is a copy and paste of each field into Excel. So I
am flipping between the web page and Excel to get this
done. I thought if I could just do a copy and paste of the
three lines of info, put it into MS Word and then run a
macro or two to format it so it looks like
name, address, city, state, zip I can then save it and import
it into Excel.

I hope this helps.
