getting message on opening the application

i am getting a message on opening the application and not allowing me to read
or write to the document and asking me whether to send the message to
MICROSOFT.
i am not even able to save the documents.
please help.

What version of Excel are you using?
Have you recently upgraded either Excel or your Operating System?
Does the problem occur with all files or just one?
