Getting MS Access Software Fixes

Hi -- Can someone tell me please the steps to take to get
the fix described in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
821809. It's one of the fixes you must specifically
reqauest from MS product support. Clicking the link takes
me to a page the purports to be a helpful page, but from
there I get nowhere.

Hi Doug -

You will actually need to call into Microsoft Product Support Services in
order to receive this fix. If you are in the US, you can call (800)
936-5800.

Just let them know that you would like the fix listed in the article -
Q821809 ACC2002: Microsoft Access Quits When You Link ODBC Tables.
