getting "must convert" error

There are 3 of us in the office all with Visio 2003 standard. When we try to
open a drawing from another user we get the following error: The organization
chart shapes in this drawing must be converted to work properly in the
current version of Microsoft Visio.
Click Yes to convert now. If you click no, the shapes in your drawing will
not function correctly.

I can't find anything to tell us why?!!? Please help.
thanks

The organization Chart solution was completely rewritten for Visio 2003. The
shapes were redesigned to support more text display fields and pictures.

If you try to open an Organization Chart created in an earlier version of
Visio, Visio 2003 will ask if you want to convert to the new shapes. If you
answer yes, a new drawing will be generated that will be a reasonable copy
of your original org chart and will contain all the same custom properties
as the original drawing. Because the new shapes are somewhat different, the
appearance may vary somewhat from the original drawing.

If you do not convert, your old drawing will display correctly but none of
the Organization Chart functionality will be available.

Hope this helps.
