A user recently reported that when attempting to setup a meeting to two other
users in our company she was getting the following message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Doe, Jane on 4/10/2006 11:47 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
<companyabcmail.companyabc.domain.net #5.1.1>
The user Jane Doe was removed from AD some time ago and does not exist on
the system. Her SID's from the two users, of whom she was a delegate since
she was their secretary, has been removed on all folders and as a delegate.
Both users have Blackberry units which I thought might have had something to
do with the problem but even after the old users SID was removed from all
four folders (one main and three subfolders) the NDR error still occured.
Further, following the instructions in MS KB 312433 in using the mdbvu32.exe
tool, both users did not exhibit any 0x65EB lines at all on any of the
'rules' listed.
Currently I'm still getting the NDR #5.1.1 message and MS KB and Google
searches are turning up nothing new to help.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to check to remove this old delegate
that seems to be stuck on calendar invites only for these two users?
Thanks ahead of time for any help,
