Getting no Help - Need Feedback

I have recently synched my Entourage 2008 with my Exchange 2003 server at
work. The calendar synchs perfectly but I get no contacts or e-mail. It
appears to be synching but nothing appears in these folders. I have seen on
the web where others have had this issue but I found no solutions. Any
ideas?

I can actually send mail successfully from Entourage but cannot receive
mail. One there is sent mail in Entourage, I get a server sync failure error
that suggests Entourage cannot synch the sent back to Exchange where is does
not appear.

When looking at the folder properties in Entourage, it looks like the data
is there. The size of my sent folder in Entourage and Exchange are similar
but nothing appears in Entourage. Entourage support is shuffling me off to
exchange support and I think I am in trouble.

Subjects should reflect your problem. Questions concerning Exchange need to
have Exchange in the subject. This was discussed recently, you can search or
wait until an Exchange person stumbles on this poorly worded thread.

Compare your settings with what I have here:

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server at work"
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>

Although these instructions were written for Entourage 2004 they still
apply to 2008.

Hope this helps!
