Getting old Personal Folders Installed on new PC

I have a new PC on which I installed my old hard drive
which had Outlook 2000 on it.

On my new PC I installed Outlook 2003, which came with
the PC.

I cannot retrieve my old personal folders, even though I
have a backup .pst file.
