Getting Outlook 2003 PST file into Vista

I recently left my job and have an Outlook 03 PST file that I need to bring
to my new laptop, which runs Vista. I have Windows Mail, and am figuring I
need to either go out and buy a version of Outlook for Vista, or reformat my
laptop and load Windows XP with Outlook 03. Are there any options less
drastic? At the least, I'm looking to confirm that either or both of these
are going to work.

Only Outlook can access PST files. Both Outlook 2003 and 2007 are compatible
with Vista.
