Getting page formatting to stick.

Hello all,

I have a user who's job it is to open word documents e-
mailed to her and print them. When she opens up a
document, and tries to print it gives an error message
saying, "The page your printing is ouside the margins." If
you continue on and print, it does print, but the left and
right sides of the document are cut off for about an extra
inch.

Going to print setup and choosing a printer for which to
format the doucment fixes the problem, but when she opens
a new document, she must go though the whole process again.

I have moved the Normal files to a new folder and that
hasn't helped. Any ideas on how I can get these settings
to stick?

Hi Todd,

When she chooses the printer that works, does she then click "Save Settings"
before closing the Print dialog box?
