Getting Palm OS Private to = Confidential in Outlook on Sync

Got a tough question for you all:

Executive is syncing his palm and uses the Palm OS check box for his
"private" appointments. However the sensitivity equivalent in Outlook should
be "confidential."

Any suggestions on getting that to match up?
Currently using Intellisync to sync Palm/Outlook. (It's a Zire 71--and you
can't access field mappings on sync)
