Getting Picture Manager for Microsoft Office 2003

How can I get Picture Manager for Microsoft Office 2003 for installation on
my laptop? (I have it for Office 2003 at the office, so I know that version
exists.) I sure can't find it anywhere on the Microsoft site.

It only comes a part of the Office Suite on the CD. You may need to
elect to install it from setup. But if you don't have Office on the
laptop you may not use Picture Manager there either.

Picture Manager is part of Office 2003, its not a seperate program.
Check under Office Tools from All Programs List (maybe contained in the
Office group)
