Getting rid of blank footer

When I print from Onenote, in the Print Preview, I can select Footer:
(none).
However, when I print with a full page background image (set as
background or not), there is a thin blank space across the width of
the page where the footer text would be if any were selected.
It splits the image and makes it impossible to print a full page
image.

Is there any workaround for this?

Thanks

Unfortunately not.
Except: You might make the image shorter.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
I really want a 11x8.5 background image, like a ppt slide, when
publishing to pdf.
Seems to me this is a bug. I can't imagine the expected behavior when
selecting no footer would be having a footer but just without text.

This is one of those cases where you're trying to do something with
OneNote that it really wasn't designed to do. Better to export the
page to Word and do the nice formatting there, rather than to try to
do it all in OneNote.
