These types of errors are usually caused by a failed queue job -- basically, someone submitted a TimeSheet and then lost server connectivity or caused the job to timeout. This could happen if you have heavy traffic on your server with everyone approving TimeSheets at the same time while others are updating/saving projects.
The only way that I've found to get these errors to clear completely is to have the approver go into each of the old timesheets noted in the error and have them resubmit the TimeSheet. If you are just tired of seeing the messages, you can also change your Filter on that page to only display TimeSheets for a set (recent) timeframe that does not include the period during which the errors occurred.
