getting rid of 'paragraps' & 'Enter' symbols

Hi,
While I was working on a document, I must've hit a button or two and the
whole document have a 'Paragraph' and 'ENTER' symbol at the end and begening
of each sentence.
Could anyone Please suggest how I could get get rid of these?

Hi CID,

You can toggle the 'paragraph mark' icon on the Word Standard Toolbar
to change the display of the normally hidden characters.
