Hello;
I am writing an application in Access that imports journal items from
Outlook. The problem I've run into is that one user in particular has
journal entries that have rtf coding: e.g.
{\rtf1\ansi\deff0{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 MS Sans Serif;}} {\*
\generator Riched20 5.50.99.2010;}\viewkind4\uc1\pard
\f0\fs17\lang1033
and also "\par \par" sprinkled throughout the text.
I cannot find anything in Outlook that specifies the format for
Journal entries. I tried manipulating my own message formatting
options but it didn't replicate this behavior.
Can anyone tell me how to change the user's settings to avoid this
behavior or is there a different way to import the text that will
convert it to plain text?
Thanks
Cheryl
