getting rid of TF_FloatingLangBar_wndTitle in Access 2002

Hi,

Starting Access 2002 causes this toolbar to come up with buttons
"Microphone, Tools, Handwriting", etc.

The window title is TF_FloatingLangBar_wndTitle

How do I get rid of this programatically when I start Access. I want to be
able to close this default toolbar on app startup using my autoexec macro
