Getting rid of the Unit at the end of the Resource Name i.e. Nick(

HOW do I get rid of the Unit calc (perm?) from the end of the Resource name
if I NEVER want to use it Project? I have a high-level Gantt Chart for my
staff but this 'unit of measure' keeps popping up next to their name (Defined
in the Resources area).

I have this showing: Nick Smith(1.2)
It should be: Nick Smith

It should be that way always on the Project Sheet!

As it happens, most people find it very useful to see the units after the
resource. If you don't, then the easiest thing is to duplicate the resource
name in the initials column in the Resource sheet, then in the Gantt Chart
edit Bar Styles so the Resource Initials are displayed, not the resource
name. Initials don't show units after them.
