Getting Rules Error - The redirect action is not currently support

I trying to automatically forward messages to another e-mail accout per
Microsoft's instructions;

When I receive a new message I get the following popup message;

Redirection and forwarding are not the same thing. Redirection is done by
Exchange on the server side only at the time the message arrives and the
message will appear to the new recipient as being from the original sender.
Forwarding might be done on the server or it might be done on the client
(depending on the location of the folder holding the recipient's address)
and the message will appear to come from you. Forwarding can be done on a
"run rules now" basis.

You are correct, I should have said redirect instead of forward.
I didn't see were it said anything about Exchange in Microsoft's
instructions, but I am using Exchange.
Any suggestions would be appreciated on how to get this to work.

I think you should believe the error message. Redirects will happen,
probably before you see the message, as it's being delivered to your mail
box.

I entered the rule in my Outlook, when I get the error message and check the
rule it has been turned off and the message I received that triggered the
rule was not redirected.
How do you configure Outlook so this will work?

Since redirection is a function of the Exchange server, I'd speak with the
Exchange admins.
