Getting SendObjects past Outlook profile choice

B

Brian

I am using SendObjects in an app that runs on a Win2K server (member of
SBS2000 domain, but not DC). Downloaded Express Click Yes, which gets me past
the Outlook security nuisance, but I still get a prompt to choose the mail
profile every time this runs (before it gets to the Outlook security
message). The intent of the app is to run unattended, so I need a way to get
past this.

There is only one profile for the logged-on user at runtime for this app.
This is Access 2003 runtime, Outlook 2000. I don't get the prompt to choose a
mail profile when I test this on my WinXP Pro, Access 2003, Outlook 2003 dev
PC.

TIA.

No such option on this system. I repeatedly clicked Options -> Set as default
profile" when the dialog box popped up during SendObject, but the setting was
evidently not saved, because the box is unchecked every time I run it again.

In Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles, the only option is "When starting
Microsoft Outlook, use this profile, and the current one is already there.
Perhaps I should post the question on an Exchange forum.
