getting target cannot handle this type of doc when sending to A:

I have a document that had been produced on windows 98 machine with wod 2000
It has some screen caputures in that were made using paint shop pro and
inported. I am now using windows media centre with word. I attempted to put
the file I am having trouble with on my system, and had no trouble with this
file but one of the others system said file had caused major problems or
something like that anyway sounded really seriouse, So i deleted and the
transfer went ahead.

Now I am trying to transfer the file on my system and back it up using the
send to command I am having trouble getting the system to transfer the
information it keeps telling me Target cannot handle this type of doc. There
is enough room on the disc. Any help would be appreciated I am new to XP
