Getting the EULA each time I start an office app

Hi just reinstalled MS office on my Vista machine and now every &**(# time I
start any of the applications I get the damned EULA. Is this something new
with a recent update or a bug?

right click on the applications icon, choose run as admin and accept it as
such.

Thank you. That helped very much and I will remember it for the next time i
have to install microsoft software. That little hint cleared everything up on
all office programs.
