Getting the remainder IMP

I need to get the remainder of a figure having a decimal point.
That is, lets say I have the following number :

2.5

I need to keep the .5 and remove the 2.

ANyone has any ideas how this is done.

Try:
[MyField] - Fix([MyField])

Depending on your needs, choose Int() or Fix().
