Getting Windows to Run

I am trying to learn this News Group business, and I still need to get my
FLAG to be un-stuck. I have been in Safe Mode, and in a blue screen.. it
gives me information but I can't get out of it, except to turn computer off.
I have tried startup disk, have tried to re-run Windows 98 (tutorial) -
nothing will make the computer go past the Flag. any ideas or suggestions
would be appreciated

Appears to me you need a newsgroup for Windows 98, not this one which is for
Microsoft Access database software. microsoft.public.win98.gen_discussion
might be a good place to start.
