Hi,
I am trying to get Word 2003 to save users files automatically (as they
never bother and keep loosing data). The users are running on a Terminal
Server, all running Office 2003. All the settings are implemented via Group
Policy.
I have set the auto recovery setting to 5 mins, but Word NEVER saves an
autorecovery file, at least, not in the dir listed in the file locations or
anywhere else that i can find. Even so, that doesn't help as Autorecovery
information is only used when the machine crashes.
What i want word to do is to save the file that the user is working on every
x mins to the file that they opened at the start of the session. can this be
done ? I'm sure it could be done in other versions.
