Getting "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform therequested action"

This is what comes up when one individual who belongs to the project
manager group tries to save a project after connecting to the database
successfully using Pro. I had to give them Admin role to be able to
save the project.

This was NOT the case with another user from MY WORKSTATION for
testing purposes. They saved a project fine with only the PM role
using my workstation.

This sounds silly, but I'm going to have the other user try it from my
workstation with only PM role.

Please comment.

Hi

I suspect a permissions issue with this user.
Is the user not able to save one particular project or all projects the user
is trying to create.
Are the permissions applied to the user directly or through groups and
security templates?
Does the user share the same category settings as the other PMs?

Just some pointers to probable cause.

Andy, ass Gordon suggests this seem to be a permission issue.

If the user can perform the requests with the adim user group but not with
the PM user group, you will need to check what is missing in the PM user
group. I am sure you will see the permission issue fairly quickly when you
interrigate the PM user group :)
Hope this helps

Strange thing though is that another PM is just fine and they both
belong to the same groups.
